QA Project Coordinator

As a QA Project Coordinator at WebCastle, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end software testing processes, ensuring high-quality software products, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. - Performing functional, regression, system, security, and performance testing to meet project requirements and client expectations. - Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding requirements, clarifying ambiguities, and providing timely updates on testing progress and results. - Collaborating with developers and designers to align QA efforts with project milestones, monitor project timelines, and participate in sprint planning and review meetings. - Maintaining comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and release notes, and providing regular reports on test coverage and quality metrics. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in software QA, including manual and automation testing. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation tools, and processes. - Experience in client-facing roles and project coordination. - Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Postman, Jmeter, or similar platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include: - ISTQB Certification or similar. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting.
