QA - Performance Tester

You will be responsible for conducting Load/Stress/Endurance tests to evaluate the performance of various products under specific workloads. You will also validate Scalability, Reliability, and Resource usage for applications. Your role will involve gathering requirements, creating test scripts, and maintaining and updating performance test scripts based on the test scope. Identifying Performance bottlenecks such as Server response time, throughput, network latency, and failures will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating performance bug reports and tracking them, as well as supporting development teams in reproducing performance-related issues. Your work experience should include expertise in K6 scripting, familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, etc. Knowledge of all phases of performance testing, various test types, scripting, execution, and analysis will be essential. You should have experience in performance testing for multiple protocols, hands-on experience in at least one coding language like Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or Scala, and testing complex multi-tiered applications. A strong understanding of all Performance testing concepts and proficiency in at least one Monitoring Tool like New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics is required. Having working experience with AWS or Azure, performance tuning knowledge of databases like MySQL, Postgres, SQL server, Oracle, experience in heap and thread dump analysis, and JVM tuning will be considered advantageous. You should also demonstrate the ability to complete assigned activities independently with minimal supervision.,
