QA Manual Tester

The key responsibilities for this role include analyzing requirements and designing comprehensive test cases and scenarios, assisting in the preparation of test plans and test strategies, executing manual test cases to validate new and existing functionalities, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using the bug tracking system, working closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues, participating in team meetings to provide feedback on product quality, preparing detailed test reports and defect logs, following up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution, staying updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, suggesting improvements in testing processes, and contributing to team knowledge sharing. In terms of technical skills, the candidate should have a basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC), familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies, the ability to understand and interpret technical documents and user requirements, familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools, as well as an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methods. The education requirement for this position is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
