• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements and develop test strategies that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain test suites using industry-standard tools with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Perform manual testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing, to identify defects and ensure software stability.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to prioritise and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to trading software testing, and incorporate them into the QA process as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing software applications(web/mobile).
• Proven expertise in manual testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Xray or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CFA, or FRM are a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum driven development environment.
• Experience using GIT or equivalent SCM.
• Experience with applications and services hosted in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with containerization & orchestration technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
