Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
manual test cases
based on functional and technical requirements.
Perform
API testing
using
Postman
, including validating requests/responses, status codes, headers, and payloads.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Perform
functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
on web/mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track
bugs and defects
using tools like
JIRA
or similar.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating
test documentation
and test case repositories.
Validate bug fixes and perform
retesting
and
regression testing
.
Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks effectively.
