The IT company Andersen, invites a QA Engineer in India, Bangalore to work on a large scale project. The project is the development of a CRM system that optimizes business processes related to marketing and customer service improvement. The functions of the system include collecting, analyzing and storing information about customers and their enquiries, as well as notifying employees about the current customer service process. Responsibilities: - Conducting full test cycle (from documentation testing to final test on Preprod Env.). - Writing test documentation, executing test cases, writing iterative QA reports. - Performing various types of testing. - Participating in SCRUM meetings and interacting with the team. Work format: on-site job from the office located in Bangalore. Must-haves: - Experience as a QA Engineer for 3+ years. - Experience of back-end and front-end testing. - SQL database experience. - Knowledge of Rest API (Postman). - Understanding of CI/CD principles. - Experience in setting up testing processes on a project. - Knowledge of software development process, testing methodologies. - Experience with Git, JIRA. - Work experience in a Scrum-team. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Level of English from Upper-Intermediate.
