QA Manager - Gurugram || Chakr Innovation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective quality assurance strategies to enhance overall product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all stages of the manufacturing process. 
• Establish and enforce quality control standards, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. 
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address deviations from quality standards. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. 
• Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. 
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and procedures. 
• Generate regular reports on quality metrics and provide insights for management review. 
• Train and develop QA team members to ensure a high level of competency and adherence to quality standards. 
• Conduct periodic training sessions for production teams on quality control procedures. 
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to sheet metal manufacturing. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations. 
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions. 
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication on quality matters. 

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with Min 8 Years of experience. 
• Proven experience in a senior QA role within the sheet metal/ DG industry. 
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems. • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions. 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
