Description
We seek a QA / Test Lead with a strong background in both manual and automated testing to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective test strategies, team leadership, and hands-on test execution. Candiates who can join immediately and are located in pune will be preferred . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; promote best practices and drive testing excellence. Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Design, develop, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define clear acceptance criteria. Identify, report, and track bugs using industry-standard issue-tracking systems. Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Continuously optimise QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date with emerging trends in test automation and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4- 10 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation. Proficiency in Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, Cypress, Backstop , or similar tools. Experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3 for automation scripting. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
