QA Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Lead to head our Quality Assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will take ownership of test planning, execution, and process improvements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to strengthen our QA processes Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (~10 members), fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices across various web and Mobile app projects. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing (When required). Collaborate closely with Project , Development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery. Manage test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management. Evaluate and recommend automation frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency. Ensure QA involvement throughout the SDLC (Agile/Scrum methodologies). Drive root cause analysis and continuous feedback loops to prevent recurring issues Requirements Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5 8 years of QA experience with at least 2 3 years in a leadership or lead role. Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.). Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. ISTQB or similar certification is an advantage. Nice to Have

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to security testing and DevOps practices. Previous experience in leading QA teams.
