QA Lead

Job Description

Job Title:QA Lead Experience5-8 Years Location:Bangalore : Technical Skills: Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in automated testing using Java, and proficiency with frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG. Solid knowledge of visual regression testing using Chromatic or similar tools. Experience with cross-browser testing using Browser Stack or similar platforms. Proficiency in Java programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and development. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and their implementation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the pipeline. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Certifications Needed Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
