Job Description for – QA Head Department: LABORATORY Education: PHD - M.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. (Additional certification in QA/ISO/NABL/MoEF standards preferred) Experience: Minimum 15–18 years in Quality Assurance/Environmental Compliance in hazardous waste management, TSDFs, or related sectors. with at least 5 years in a leadership role Remuneration: 25 LPA – 30 LPA Skills: In-depth knowledge of hazardous waste regulations Excellent leadership, documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Analytical skills and decision-making under regulatory frameworks Proficiency in QA tools, documentation systems, and audit management Exposure to working in a TSDF (Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facility), incineration, or co-processing unit is highly preferred.
