QA Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive (Documentation) to manage and maintain quality-related documents and records. The role will focus on creating, reviewing, and controlling quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Manuals.
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
• Control distribution and versioning of quality documents as per company policy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain records of deviations, change controls, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance of documentation practices with regulatory guidelines.
• Train employees on documentation systems and record-keeping requirements.
• Generate and submit periodic quality documentation reports to management.
