Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer - Release Engineering to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software releases by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for release pipelines.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality before release.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
Analyze test results and document defects in the tracking system.
Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality and performance improvements.
Help define and implement testing strategies and processes for continuous integration and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shell.
Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
