Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium.
Work with developers and product managers to identify test scenarios early in the development cycle.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira / Trello / Asana.
Maintain and update test documentation (test plans, test cases, defect logs).
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure quality standards are met before product release.

Preferred candidate profile

34 years of proven experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
