QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Kaseya, we are seeking an individual with both manual and automation testing skills to join our team. This role offers a blend of manual and automated testing responsibilities, providing you with the opportunity to shape testing processes, work on diverse projects, and contribute to the development of a reliable automation framework. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct manual functional and integration testing. - Utilize test design techniques to ensure thorough coverage. - Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports. - Investigate and troubleshoot issues using browser tools. - Write clear defect reports for reproducibility. - Perform API testing and database validation through SQL queries. - Create and maintain automated tests using C#. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure product quality. - Estimate testing efforts and assist in test planning. - Actively participate in enhancing QA processes and tools. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of manual testing experience (functional and integration). - Strong understanding of software testing theory and test design techniques. - Hands-on experience with test documentation practices. - Familiarity with task tracking tools like Jira. - Knowledge of CI/CD and testing tools such as Git, Jenkins, Postman, Airflow. - Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence. - Proficiency in SQL and ability to write simple queries. - Previous API testing experience. - Automation skills using C# for test development and execution. - Effective communication skills with attention to detail. - Responsible and capable of working independently. - Flexible mindset to adapt to various projects and tasks. **What We Offer:** - Opportunity to shape testing processes and implement your ideas. - Work on diverse projects with different technologies. - Supportive, collaborative, and non-toxic team environment. - Exposure to modern technologies, including ML-related projects. - Long-term growth opportunities in a stable company.
