Job Description

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software application testing.
Execute manual and automated testing to ensure software quality meets specifications and requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality and performance.
Ensure compliance with QA methodologies and practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test plans.
Generate and maintain test documentation.

How You Will Do It

Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to enhance product quality.
Utilize automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct regression testing as necessary to ensure that changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of product functionality and assist in training others in QA processes.

What We Look For

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e. g. , Selenium, JUnit).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
