Job Summary

We are building a highly scalable, AWS-like cloud platform , empowering multiple teams to develop, deploy, and manage services independently . As a QA Lead , you will design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy , ensuring high reliability, security, and performance across microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud deployments .

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Automation: Develop a robust testing framework covering unit, integration, performance, and security testing .
Microservices & API Testing: Automate REST, GraphQL, and gRPC API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate .
CI/CD & Shift-Left Testing: Integrate automated tests in Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes-based CI/CD pipelines .
Performance & Load Testing: Use JMeter, Gatling, or k6 to validate system scalability across multi-region deployments.
Security & Compliance Testing: Implement penetration testing, OWASP security checks, and IAM-based access control testing .
Cloud & Infrastructure Testing: Validate cloud services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform scripts, and Helm charts.
Observability & Error Reporting: Leverage Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and OpenTelemetry for real-time issue tracking.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Lead the QA team, define best practices, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills:

Automation & CI/CD: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
API & Microservices Testing: Postman, RestAssured, Karate, gRPC testing.
Performance & Load Testing: JMeter, Gatling, k6.
Cloud & Kubernetes: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
Security Testing: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Vault, IAM role validation.
Database & Storage Validation: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka.
Infrastructure Testing: Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes manifests.
Observability & Reporting: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Chaos Engineering & fault-tolerant testing.
Hands-on expertise in AI-driven test automation.
Knowledge of service mesh security (Istio, Linkerd) and network policies.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Java, Bash) for test automation.
