What would you be doing We're seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to lead testing for both backend and frontend systems. You'll use Go for BE and JS + Cypress for FE to build scalable automation, support CI/CD processes, and champion quality across microservices and UIs. Responsibilities: - Proven experience in designing, documenting, and executing detailed test plans for complex, multi-component products. - Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for backend microservices and frontend components. - Build test frameworks using Go (backend) and Cypress (frontend). - Exposure to containerized development (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS advantage). - Own CI test pipelines and contribute to quality gates and deployment readiness. - Investigate test failures and support root cause analysis. - Define test plans for business and edge cases. - Promote QA best practices within the team. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in QA automation. - Strong experience in Go BE test automation. - Solid Cypress UI testing experience. - Familiarity with REST API testing, contract testing, and mocking frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Docker and testing in containerized environments. - Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD, etc. - Strong Git skills (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket). - Excellent communication in English. Nice to Have: - Experience with test reporting tools (Allure, Grafana). - Performance and security testing knowledge. - Exposure to Kubernetes-based environments.
