Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in both manual and automated testing for web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong FinTech background, excellent analytical skills, and a solid foundation in object-oriented programming. This position is located in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for web-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Design and implement automated tests using tools like Selenium or Playwright.

Analyze and report defects found during testing.

Work effectively with distributed teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job

Minimum 3 years of experience in QA and testing (manual + automation).

Strong analytical skills for reviewing business and technical requirements.

Prior experience in the FinTech domain.

Experience in web application testing.

Object-oriented programming knowledge; experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or C# is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work effectively with distributed teams.

Familiarity with web test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.

Knowledge of test frameworks like Mocha or NUnit.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell).

Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.
