Job Description

QA Database Engineer

Please apply only if you meet the experience criteria (5+ years). Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Perform
end-to-end database testing
across Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, ETL, and data warehousing systems.
Validate
data migration, transformation, and integration
processes.
Design, execute, and maintain
test cases and test scripts
for database-centric applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve defects and ensure data integrity.
Apply strong
Java OOPs knowledge
for test design and automation support.
Support automation initiatives where possible to increase testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of proven QA/testing experience with a focus on
database testing
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL
.
Experience with
ETL, Data Warehousing, and Migration projects
.
Solid foundation in
Java OOPs
concepts.
Exposure to
test automation frameworks
is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
