QA Cypress

As a QA Automation Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products across UI and API layers. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and execute automation frameworks using TypeScript and Cypress. Your expertise in implementing the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and API testing (specifically GraphQL) will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks utilizing TypeScript and Cypress. - Implement and manage the Page Object Model (POM) for effective and scalable test automation. - Create and run automated test cases for UI, API (GraphQL/REST), and integration testing. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback on code changes. - Identify and report test failures, work with engineering teams for prompt resolution, and continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of professional experience in software QA with a strong focus on automation. - Proficiency in TypeScript, Cypress, and implementing Page Object Model (POM). - Good understanding of API testing, particularly GraphQL and REST. - Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. - Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
