Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Implement CI/CD test automation in pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through defect management tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and automation reports.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements in testing practices.
  • Ensure product quality through effective automation coverage and quick feedback loops.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience in

    test automation

    for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Strong programming skills in

    Java

    ,

    Python

    , or

    JavaScript

    .
  • Experience with automation tools such as

    Selenium

    ,

    Cypress

    ,

    Appium

    , or

    Playwright

    .
  • Familiarity with REST API testing tools like

    Postman

    or

    RestAssured

    .
  • Good understanding of

    Agile/Scrum

    methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems such as

    Git

    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Good to Have

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based test environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized testing environments.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
