QA Automation Lead

As a QA Automation Lead at our IT firm in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading automation testing efforts with a focus on E-commerce/Retail projects. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to automation testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software development processes. Your expertise in Java, Selenium, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Agile Development Model, and basic AI concepts will be instrumental in driving our testing initiatives forward. Additionally, your proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, as well as experience with test automation tools like Selenium and JUnit, will be highly valued in this role. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and be adept at applying AI for test case optimization, defect prediction, and automated test maintenance. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and familiarity with the software development life cycle will also be essential for success in this position. As a candidate, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3 years specifically in the E-commerce/Retail industry. You should also have hands-on experience with AI tools, Agile Development Model, and team handling, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead position.
