Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester with 6 months to 1 year of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, automation tools, and scripting languages. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers and QA leads to understand application functionality and test requirements.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
• Support the QA team in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Perform basic API testing and data validation.
• Generate test reports and provide feedback to the development team.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Exposure to manual testing and creating test cases.
• Good understanding of bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship/training experience will also be considered).
• Passion for software quality and eagerness to learn automation tools and frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
