Role Overview: As a Test Automation Engineer, your main responsibility is to guarantee high-quality releases for all WordPress and web app projects by creating and managing automated test scripts. Your duties include developing and executing regression suites, documenting bugs, coordinating with the development team for re-testing, and maintaining test case documentation. Your goal is to enhance automation coverage continuously to improve the release quality. Key Responsibilities: - Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies. - Develop and execute regression suites before every production release. - Log and report detailed bugs with reproducible steps, alongside screenshots/logs. - Collaborate with the development team to re-test after bug fixes. - Maintain test case documentation for all projects. - Continuously improve automation coverage to ensure high-quality releases.
