QA Automation Expert

Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality releases through test automation across all WordPress and web app projects. Key Responsibilities: - Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. - Develop and run regression suites before each production release. - Log and report detailed bugs with reproducible steps and screenshots/logs. - Coordinate with the dev team to re-test after bug fixes. - Maintain test case documentation for all projects. - Continuously improve automation coverage. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc. - Strong understanding of regression testing and bug reporting. - Ability to collaborate effectively with the development team. - Experience in maintaining test case documentation. - Continuous improvement mindset towards automation coverage. KPIs: - Percentage of regression tests automated. - Number of bugs caught in QA versus in production. - Script execution success rate. - Time saved via automation compared to manual testing time.
