QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

  Playwright

  with

  TypeScript/JavaScript

• Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure product quality across web applications
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members throughout the SDLC
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Perform backend validations using

  SQL

• Analyze bug trends, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements
• Ensure test coverage and participate in regression, performance, and cross-browser testing

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of

  automation experience

  using

  Playwright

  with

  TypeScript or JavaScript

• 3+ years of experience in

  Quality Assurance

  and software testing
• Solid understanding of

  QA methodologies

  ,

  testing types

  , and

  automation frameworks

• Hands-on experience with

  SQL

  for data validation
• Familiarity with

  HTTP

  ,

  SSL

  ,

  HTML

  ,

  XML

  ,

  CSS

  , and

  JavaScript

• Knowledge of

  test management tools

  bug tracking systems

  like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
