Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and implement Robust automation frameworks.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, etc.
Integrate automation tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLabCI, etc.).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and QA documentation.
Conduct API testing using Postman, or similar tools.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Identify, log, and track bugs using defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

Preferred candidate profile

3-7 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in test automation.
Strong proficiency in any programming/scripting language JavaScript)
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.
Familiarity with frameworks like BDD/TDD (Cucumber, JUnit etc.).
Experience automation with (REST, SOAP).
Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and version control.
Ability to perform data validation, regression, functional, and performance testing.
Understanding SQL and basic database validation
