Job Summary :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation frameworks.
Define and drive automation strategies across UI, API, and regression suites.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber (BDD), and Rest Assured.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality validation.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless automation coverage.
Review and optimize existing automation scripts and frameworks for performance and scalability.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote best automation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

7+ years
of hands-on experience in Test Automation.
Strong experience in
Selenium
,
BDD
,
Cucumber
,
TestNG
, and automation frameworks.
Solid experience in
API automation using Rest Assured
.
Proficiency in
Core Java
and automation script development.
Experience integrating automation in
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of performance or security testing tools is an advantage.
