Entry-Level QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute

  automated test scripts

  using industry-standard tools (eg, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and identify test automation opportunities.
• Maintain and improve the

  automation test framework

  to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Identify, log, and track bugs and inconsistencies using tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  TestRail

  , or similar.
• Integrate automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools such as

  Jenkins

  ,

  GitHub Actions

  GitLab CI

  .
• Document test cases and maintain traceability of test coverage.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in test automation and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with

  automation tools

  (eg, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Basic understanding of at least one

  programming/scripting language

  (eg, Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as

  JUnit

  ,

  TestNG

  ,

  PyTest

  , or

  Mocha

  .
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
