QA Auditor

Role Overview: As a QA Auditor in the Corporate Services team, your main responsibility will be to conduct audits of projects, systems, processes, and vendors. You will assess compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and customer requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting the audit findings in an unbiased manner. Your role will also involve managing SOP deviations, quality issues, and complaints by investigating the root cause and developing Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Furthermore, you will support in preparing for and hosting customer audits and inspections, preparing SOPs, providing QA consultancy to project teams, and ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. You will also be expected to lead and support other departmental activities and QA initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits of projects, systems, processes, and vendors as assigned - Assess compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and customer requirements - Report audit findings in an appropriate and unbiased manner - Manage SOP deviations, quality issues, and complaints by investigating root cause and developing CAPAs - Support in preparing for and hosting customer audits and inspections - Prepare SOPs and assist in reviewing SOPs - Provide QA consultancy to project teams on regulatory requirements, guidelines, and SOPs - Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System - Lead and support other departmental activities and QA initiatives Qualifications Required: - Experienced in Clinical trial audits - Experienced in Site investigator audits Additional Details: Location: Bangalore, India Position: Graduate Associate Employment Type: Full Time,
