QA Analyst - SAP Commissions

As a QA Analyst with experience in SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of SAP Commissions implementations. You will collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to execute end-to-end testing of compensation rules, workflows, and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, document, and execute test cases for SAP Commissions, workflows, rules, and reporting. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to validate business requirements and technical solutions. - Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and identify potential defects early in the process. - Prepare and manage test data sets representative of real-world compensation scenarios. - Track, report, and follow up on defects using test management and defect tracking tools. - Support clients during UAT cycles, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved. - Contribute to QA documentation, including test plans, execution logs, and traceability matrices. - Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements within QA activities. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 12 years focused on SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud). - Solid understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes. - Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management. - Strong SQL and data validation skills to test complex incentive logic and large datasets. - Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM). - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data or process inconsistencies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
