QA Analyst Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud

You will be joining Estuate as a QA Analyst - Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud, focusing on functional, automation, operations QA, and ETL testing across Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Key Account Management (KAM) modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring high-quality delivery of new features, integrations, and data pipelines through rigorous testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Analyzing business and technical requirements to design test scenarios for TPM & KAM modules. - Developing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases for web, API, and Salesforce applications. - Validating integrations with external systems such as ERP, TPM tools, and analytics platforms. - Performing ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading across systems. - Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency between Salesforce CG Cloud and external systems. - Conducting reconciliation testing and verifying end-to-end data flow in multi-system integrations. - Performing Ops QA activities, including production deployment monitoring, regression, and smoke testing. - Participating in incident triage and root cause analysis for production issues. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using standard QA tools and ensuring timely resolution. - Developing and maintaining automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Documenting reusable scripts, ETL validation steps, and production fixes in the QA knowledge base. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4-6 years of QA experience, including manual, automation, operations QA, and ETL testing. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit. - Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, or similar) and SQL-based data validation. - Working knowledge of Salesforce testing, preferably in Consumer Goods Cloud & TPM modules. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured. - Proficiency in QA and defect management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
