QA Analyst I

As a QA Analyst I at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of Defined and Benefit system implementation and maintenance activities. Collaborating closely with colleagues, your responsibilities will involve examining business and functional system requirements to uphold established quality standards. Your main tasks will include verifying that the system solution aligns with clients" Defined and Benefit plan & legislation, developing test strategies, executing test plans, and documenting test results. Furthermore, you will work alongside project managers, business analysts, and implementation leads to establish test scenarios and acceptance criteria for platform certification. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Technology, with 0 to 1 year of experience. Proficiency in tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA is essential, while knowledge of SQL would be advantageous. Your ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a timely manner will be crucial in fulfilling your duties effectively.
