Python with AI Engineer

As an AI and Python Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative phone integration solutions for our Agentic AI platform in the health insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include building intelligent agents on an IVR system to streamline member interactions, automate workflows, and enhance overall member experience. To excel in this role, you should possess deep expertise in agentic AI, robust software engineering skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare data standards. Key Responsibilities: - **Design and Development**: Architect and build agentic AI systems and workflows using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen for voice/telephony interfaces on an IVR platform. - **AI Safety & Guardrail Implementation**: Design and enforce safety mechanisms to prevent privacy breaches, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure responses align with corporate policies. - **Phone/IVR Integration**: Develop phone integration capabilities using VoIP, RESTful APIs, and other technologies to facilitate seamless data flow. - **LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering**: Utilize Large Language Models for NLP and develop prompts, function calling mechanisms, and memory systems for autonomous healthcare tasks. - **Healthcare Domain Expertise**: Apply understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and regulatory requirements (HIPAA) to ensure compliance and security. - **Testing and Evaluation**: Implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and improve system reliability. - **Deployment and MLOps**: Deploy AI solutions in cloud environments using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system observability and cost optimization. - **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
