Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-10 years of experience in automation technologies using Python to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience and proficiency in basic coding principles, with a focus on testing and automation.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement automated tests using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
Troubleshoot and debug issues found during automated testing.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Python programming language.
Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools.
Experience working with databases such as Sybase, DB2, and KDB.
Knowledge of trading life cycle and exposure to trading and matching engines is preferred.
Strong understanding of capital markets, electronic trading, order flow, and execution.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience with defect tracking tools like Jira and ALM, and continuous integration systems.
