Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our data engineering team, focusing on Python, SQL, and Crate DB. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational programming skills and a keen interest in distributed databases and cloud technologies.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Write efficient Python scripts to interact with CrateDB, a distributed SQL database.
Build and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data analysis.Work on data ingestion pipelines and database integration.Assist in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Collaborate with senior engineers on data modeling, performance tuning, and monitoring.Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

✅ Requirements

0–1 year of experience with Python and SQL.
Understanding of relational and distributed databases (experience with CrateDB is a plus).Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

🌟 Nice To Have

Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools.
Prior internship or project experience involving cloud deployments.Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) or orchestration (Kubernetes).
