Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Python Developer

to design and implement

high-availability, low-latency applications

while optimizing performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Python frameworks (Flask, Flask RESTful, Django, or Pyramid)

and experience integrating

user-facing elements with server-side logic

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Optimize Backend Solutions:
- Design and implement functional requirements for
  scalable applications
  .
- Build
  efficient back-end features
  using Python.
- Optimize applications for
  maximum speed and scalability
  .

API Development & Integration:
- Develop RESTful APIs using
  Flask, Flask RESTful
  (Django/Pyramid is a plus).
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services.

Database & Change Data Capture (CDC):
- Implement
  Change Data Capture (CDC)
  for real-time data processing.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for
  efficient data storage and retrieval
  .

Testing & CI/CD Pipelines:
- Manage testing, bug fixes, and
  performance optimization
  .
- Implement and maintain
  CI/CD pipelines
  for streamlined deployment.

Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with
  UX/UI designers
  to bring designs to life.
- Coach
  junior team members
  and contribute to team growth.
- Prepare
  technical documentation
  and suggest software enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of Python development
with strong expertise in Python frameworks.

Hands-on experience
with
Flask, Flask RESTful
(Django/Pyramid is a plus).

Proficiency in
data manipulation
using
Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib
.

Knowledge of
Change Data Capture (CDC) processes
.

Strong understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
for automated deployments.

Experience with
Node.js and Angular
is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an
Agile development
environment.
