What Youll Do

Build high-performance backend systems using
Python (FastAPI)

Design and implement
modular, scalable architecture (HLD/LLD)

Take ownership of end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
Work closely with the founding team to make
technical and product decisions

Optimize application performance and data structures for speed and scalability.
Contribute to shaping the
engineering vision, team structure, and best practices
.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of hands-on development experience with
Python
.
Strong expertise in
FastAPI
,
OOPs principles
,
data structures
, and
algorithms
.
Proficiency in
system design (HLD/LLD)
and architectural decision-making.
Proven experience working in
early-stage startups
or
entrepreneurial environments

A self-starter mindset with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
Bonus: Experience in
scaling systems
