Role & responsibilities

Architect and implement
large-scale, distributed systems
primarily in
Python
; experience with
TypeScript
is a plus.
Define
technical strategy
, lead design reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
Lead
teams
and mentor engineers to foster technical growth and excellence.
Deliver
high-impact backend solutions
that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong expertise in
Python
; familiarity with
TypeScript
is desirable.
Proven experience in
designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems
.
Leadership experience: mentoring, guiding teams, and driving engineering excellence.
Strong understanding of
performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
