About the Role:

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, applications, and data workflows.
Work extensively with core Python libraries such as
NumPy, Pandas
, and other data-processing tools.
Build and implement
classification models
, perform model evaluation, and support analytical use cases.
Conduct comprehensive
data validation
, data cleaning, and transformation on diverse datasets.
Work with
Jupyter Notebook
or similar environments for model development and data exploration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver accurate data-driven outputs.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Python Developer.
Strong proficiency with
NumPy, Pandas
, and related data-processing libraries.
Hands-on experience with
classification algorithms
and basic machine learning workflows.
Good understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in
Jupyter Notebook
or similar development environments.
Familiarity with financial datasets or domain-specific data handling is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Good to Have

Strong
data analysis
and statistical skills.
Experience with
Indian regulatory return submissions
such as
RBI
or
NABARD
.
Exposure to banking/financial products, credit risk, or regulatory compliance.
