Python PSE (Software Engineer, 3-6 years)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software.
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and documentation.
Must Have
Strong proficiency in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
Strong proficiency in React, React Native frameworks
Solid understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and software architecture
Hands-on experience with SQL NoSQL databases
Proficiency in API development microservices architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills
Good to Have
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and mentor juniors
