Job Description

Python Lead with React.js & SQL Server

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Lead with strong expertise in React.js and SQL Server to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Job Details Job Title: Python Lead with React.js & SQL Server

Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.
Work with SQL Server databases - schema design, optimization, queries, and stored procedures.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.
Manage end-to-end project deliverables and ensure timely releases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

8-12 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Proficiency in React.js and front-end development (JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).
Hands-on experience with SQL Server database design and optimization.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro services, and integration patterns.
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with performance tuning and application scalability.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
