Job Overview:

Python/Gen AI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for internal applications.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance.
• Stay updated with latest developments in Gen AI and apply best practices.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as

  LangChain, LangGraph, PySpark

  .
• Strong Python development skills.
• Web development experience using

  FastAPI, Django, or Flask

  (minimum 1.5 years).
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs using

  Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, LoRA/PEFT

  .
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases like

  FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, OpenSearch

  .
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as

  LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI

  , etc.
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like

  PyTorch or TensorFlow

  .
• Experience with cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  ) and container technologies (

  Docker, Kubernetes

  ).
• Understanding of embedding models, vector search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.
• Experience in deploying models in production environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
• Exposure to privacy-preserving AI and responsible AI practices.
