Python Full Stack Developer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic, scalable applications in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, especially data engineers
• Architect scalable, secure backend systems using

  Python, FastAPI, and AWS

• Drive data infrastructure decisions with

  PostgreSQL, Redshift

  , and advanced data pipelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-first features and stay ahead of emerging AI trends
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and manage technical debt

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of

  AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, Redshift)

• Advanced proficiency in

  Python and FastAPI

• Expertise in relational databases (

  PostgreSQL

  ) and data warehousing (

  Redshift

  )
• Proven experience in

  ETL

  pipelines, data modeling, and optimization
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data science platforms
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
