Role & responsibilities Python and React Full Stack Developer Summary: Note: Only Immediate Joiner preferred (Currently serving less than 15days or Immediate joiner) As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring software systems using Python and Angular or React. Your typical day will involve applying your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, methodologies, and processes to deliver robust solutions for clients or projects based in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure full-stack software systems using Python for backend and React for frontend, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, interactive web applications. Lead development efforts, enforce coding standards, and provide mentorship to junior developers across backend and frontend stacks. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate APIs, manage state effectively, and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Stay abreast of the latest web development trends and integrate best practices and tools to maintain a competitive edge. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python. Strong UI development experience React including hooks, functional components, lifecycle methods, and performance optimization. State management Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other modern libraries (e.g., Zustand, Recoil). Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3 including responsive design principles. Component libraries/frameworks experience with libraries like Material-UI,Bootstrap etc API Integration & Backend Interaction: Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth). Tooling & Workflow: Version control systems Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, branching strategies.
