Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Collaborate with AI/ML/UI engineers to integrate models into production
Implement best practices in
testing, CI/CD, observability, and security
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost in
cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Requirements:

3+ years of backend development experience with Python
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases (
SQL/NoSQL
), and distributed systems
Familiarity with
Git, Docker, CI/CD
, and cloud deployment workflows
Experience with
LLM/GenAI APIs
(OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
Exposure to
AI/ML workflows
(model serving, inference, or data pipelines)
Good understanding of
scalability, reliability, and performance tuning
Knowledge of
Linux/WSL2
required for app development
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of vector databases, message queues, or streaming systems
