Role & responsibilities

Python JD:
• Develop high-performance backend systems using Python• Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake and related tools• Write complex and efficient PL/SQL queries and procedures• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements• Optimize code and ensure best practices for performance and maintainability• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems• Strong agile/scrum development experience, experience interpreting user stories and applying the appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teamsSkills & Competencies:• 46 years of software engineering experience, preferably in data-intensive environments• Proficiency in Python for backend development or data engineering tasks• Hands-on experience with Snowflake—including data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning• Strong command of PL/SQL and database programming• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Excellent communication and influencing skills• Ability to work in fast paced environment• Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders• Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations• Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.• Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required.• Should have strong understanding on how to write Unit test cases.
