Python Developer

As a Cloud Engineer with expertise in Azure and Python, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft Azure environment. Your role will involve shaping the strategic direction of our cloud infrastructure and contributing to the successful execution of cloud transformation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the implementation of security best practices across all cloud architectures, defining policies and procedures for managing secure cloud environments in compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and GDPR. You will also be expected to stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices related to Azure and cloud computing, sharing your knowledge with teams to enhance overall cloud competency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in Azure services like Azure Compute, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Security is essential. Strong knowledge of automation and scripting using Python is required, along with experience in cloud migration strategies, hybrid cloud environments, and multi-cloud setups. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Azure Resource Manager is a key requirement. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity management (Azure AD), and security compliance frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps is beneficial, as is a solid understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and distributed systems in the cloud.
