Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and optimization of FastAPI services for reinforcement learning simulations.
Collaborate with ML engineers to expose APIs for training and evaluation.
Ensure scalable, high-quality, and maintainable code.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize deployment pipelines.
Review code and manage PRs to ensure consistency with best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks early in the development cycle.

Skills Required:

8+ years of Python development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with FastAPI.
Strong API design, asynchronous programming, and full API lifecycle management.
4+ years of team leadership experience.
Familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git).
Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas; exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus.
Exposure to RL environments (OpenAI Gym, Gymnasium) is a plus.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
